- Date stamped photos of your vehicle and rack showing;
– the floor of the processing facility
– pelvic bars
– water tank and tap
– knife sanitizing container and hand wash soap dispensing units (chemicals included)
– registration plates attached to the vehicle
– any items maintained and/or stored in the processing area (e.g. knife storage, spare tyres, winch tool boxes etc). - A copy of one month’s harvesting records
- A copy of your current gun licence
- A copy of your approved management statement
- A copy of your landholder declaration form/s if you are shooting goats
