Feedback Sought from Artisan Food Producers on Regulation

Small artisan food producers are invited to provide feedback via a survey on the impact of the regulatory system.

Who is doing the survey?

The Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (QLD) has engaged Deloitte Access Economics to conduct a survey to support the Better Regulation Taskforce.

What information is being collected?

Feedback is being collected from artisan food producers to better understand how the regulatory system impacts artisan food and non-alcoholic beverage producers in Queensland.

Survey questions focus on the producer’s experience with researching regulation, applying for licenses and complying with regulation.

How long will the survey take?

Approximately 10 minutes.

COB Thursday 28 November 2019.

What will be done with the information collected from the survey?

The survey findings will inform a report that will be presented to the Queensland Government for consideration and response.

The information captured as part of the survey will remain anonymous, and no individual business or person will be identifiable in the report.
