Dairy Australia has released a new online training course on Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) in Dairy Manufacturing.
The course was developed in partnership with state regulators, including Safe Food, to assist dairy businesses in understanding the important role of GHPs in food safety and the practical application of them within the dairy manufacturing environment.
The course is aimed at both new businesses that are establishing GHPs, and dairy manufacturers looking to optimise existing GHPs.
This course will improve your skills and knowledge in best practice methods of food hygiene. It also highlights some of the common pitfall’s auditors see during onsite inspections that lead to poor food safety outcomes.
This course is the latest addition to a series of free online training courses available to dairy manufacturers in relation to food safety.
These courses are endorsed by each state regulator for dairy, along with the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF).
The content will advance your own knowledge in food safety best practices and can be used as part of your own staff training initiatives.
