Mur Thai Food Co. Pty Ltd is conducting a recall of Hoshi Otsumami Fish Snack Original 125g and Hoshi Otsuami Fish Snack Herbal 110g.
Distribution: the product has been available for sale at various Asian and independent supermarkets in Queensland.
Date markings: Best before 06/07/2021
Problem: The recall is due to the presence of an undeclared allergens: soy (original) & peanut (herbal).
Food safety hazard: Any consumers who have a soy and/or peanut allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if these products are consumed.
Country of origin: Thailand
What to do: Consumers who have a soy allergy or intolerance should not consume the original flavoured product. Consumers who have a peanut allergy or intolerance should not consume the herbal flavoured product. Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
